I've been looking everywhere for the 1:87th scale Redline line of Ferraris and where else did I find them but here. Because the selection at Replicarz.com was abundant, the one model I was looking for, a 575M, was in stock and ready to ship. When I received my order, one of four models I ordered was damaged and I thought to myself, "Great, I have to return something from an online store, this is gonna be an excrutiating process." Fortunately, the customer service rep I spoke to was very helpful and had the model that was damaged replaced immediately. I'm talkin' by the end of the week. A welcome change from other online model car retailers I've had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. From such stores, I'd usually get the runaround about my return, or have stock issues, or take forever, if not after the fourth or fifth call, to refund my money after returning an item. Not so with Replicarz.com. You guys really do care about your customers. Thanks for being awesome!

I originally contacted you about a "trusted certificate" issue concerning your website. You sugested that it might me a problem with the version of Microsoft Internet Exploer that I was running on my computer. I switched to my second computer and placed an order successfully without any certificate issues.I remember telling you then that I thought that your website and product selection were outstanding. Recently I placed an order and was wondering why I had not yet received it. So I decided to log-in to my account on your website and check status. You guys blew me away with the detail on shipment progress and I did not even have to enter an order number. It is currently in Sparks, NV to be delivered on 10/01/07 to me in Carson City, NV. I have been a customer since 1991, I bought a set of formula one racing cards, I was 13 at the time. The next year minichamps came out with the first die cast F1 cars and I have been buying them from replicarz ever since, at the time I believe they were called something else.Each year I buy the entire F1 grid and ever car is perfect, it is almost like they are hand picked just for me. It is great to see how big the company has grown from Mark answering the phones, to having a full blown answering service. I will never buy cars from anyone else.

I just received the Tommy Ivo 4 engine dragster!!! The model is very impesssive, I remember reading about it in the mags in the 60's. Just wanted to say that I received my order yesterday. This is a fantastic model of the Judge, the detail is just unreal, the engine is fully pumped and wired, gas and brake pedals move, everybody I showed it to couldn't believe the price I paid, they all though I paid more. One other thing, your service is excellent, great turn around time!!
